HCMS to host author, ALAN GRATZ!
Parents, this is a HUGE deal! Alan Gratz has written many award winning books: Refugee, Prisoner B3087, Code of Honor, to name a few. His new book, Grenade, is a historical fiction set on the island of Okinawa during WWII. It is amazing!

TEXAS TEEN BOOK FESTIVAL FIELD TRIP
The HCMS Library is field tripping to the TTBF on October 6!
It's a fun day of over 30 authors who write for teens!
Students will be able to meet their favorite and soon-to-be favorite authors, buy books and get them signed, and meet other readers from around Texas!

We are excited to share that Hill Country Middle School will be administering the PSAT 8/9 on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 to all 8th grade students. The PSAT 8/9 is a College Board assessment designed to assist students in preparation for continued success in high school and on to college.
